Thursday, October 2nd

• Racecar parking and camping permitted after 9am

• Will collect fees on Thursday

• NO CARS STARTED

• Will collect fees on drop and leaves

• Gates close at 10pm

• After 8:30pm, park in soccer fields

• No ATV's, No Music, No All-Night Parties and Screaming

• Violators will be shot, survivors prosecuted

Friday, October 3rd

• Gates open at 8am

• No Race Cars Start Until 10am

• 1 time run

• Time Trials 10:10am

• High Rollers Race 10:40am

• Gambler's Race 1:30pm

Saturday, October 4th

• Gates open at 8am

• No Race Cars Start Until 10am

• 1 time run, conditions permitting

• Race of Champions Time Trial 10:10am

• Absolutely no time runs

• Special awards judging at 10am

$20.00 FEE
Camping on Speedway Grounds:
All campers will register at the gate.
Due to new regulations, all campers will
have their holding tanks pumped before
leaving the Speedway grounds on
Sunday. The fee for this service is $20.00.
The fee will be collected upon entering
the grounds and a registration form will be
filled out. At no time may gray or black
water be dumped at the Speedway.
Failure to follow camping rules will result
in you being asked to leave.
Eastside & Natural Bridge Campers:
There are some camping limitations in these
pit areas. See your track operator for more
information.
ATTENTION
If you camp at the track there will be
NO music, NO fires, NO loud mouths,
NO falling down drunks.

PIT VEHICLES
ATV’s, Golf Carts, Mini-Bikes and others.
All pit support vehicles will be registered.
There will be a $10.00 registration fee.
NO ONE WITHOUT A VALID DRIVERS
LICENSE WILL BE PERMITTED TO
OPERATE A TWO-WHEELER, GOLF CART
OR ATV. Any pit support vehicle driven by
a non-licensed driver or in a dangerous manner
will result in the race car he or she is with being
disqualified and ejected from the Speedway.
You must register your pit support vehicle at the
main entrance. You will be issued an ID sticker
for the vehicle. We will monitor this closely during
the weekend. In the past we have had personal
injury or damage to a race car result from underage
unlicensed drivers crashing into race cars.
THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER.
This applies to everyone, no exceptions.
The owner of the pit vehicle takes full
responsibility for injury or damage caused
by his pit vehicle.
